Cancellation policy

Subscribe & Save orders renew automatically at the delivery frequency you choose (every 2, 4 or 8 weeks) and are charged to your payment method on file at the time of each renewal, at 10% off the regular price, plus any applicable shipping and taxes. Your subscription continues until you cancel it.

You can pause, skip a delivery, or cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee, by logging in to your account and selecting Manage subscription, or by contacting us at gratificationpets@gmail.com or (646) 448-4114.

To avoid being charged for your next delivery, cancel or skip before your next scheduled renewal date. Orders that have already been charged and processed are covered by our Return and Refund Policy.

We will notify you by email before any change to the price or terms of your subscription.
