Shipping policy

Gratification Pets currently ships within the United States only.

Processing time
Orders are prepared and shipped within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after the order is placed. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping method
All orders ship via USPS. Delivery times depend on your location and begin once your order has shipped.

Free shipping
Orders of $65 or more (before taxes) ship free within the United States. Orders under $65 are charged shipping at checkout based on weight and destination.

Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Gratification Pets is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us at gratificationpets@gmail.com or (646) 448-4114 and we’ll work with you and USPS to resolve it.
